Got the number for this business on this site . Receptionist had Service man in the field call me back to schedule an appointment 8:30AM. Call back was prompt, about 5 min. Will be at my house around 1:00PM after job in Arlington TX.. Very friendly over the phone. Waited until 4:30 PM and called Serviceman to verify when he would be here. No answer and as of 8:00PM tonight no one has returned my call to explain why they didn't make it here for my appointment. Will be sleeping without AC tonight. Could have scheduled another Service if they had called. I wouldn't recommend this service if you want reliability and courtesy. I hate to rate a service this low, but being a business owner for the past 25 years, I never did a customer like this.
