I have been going to Fantastic Sams for over a year now and have great service from Sheila.

That place is one of the best in town . friendly people Specially Marlene ... she has a great heart towards customers . She is a great stylist .

Last month I went there to get my gray colored because of their sale. I told her plainly I only wanted gray covered and it to be brown as it was, she agreed. She left me there much longer than I usually wait, returned reeking of cigarette smoke and it turned out PITCH BLACK. I was shocked. I've never had my hair turn out that bad at a salon or when I did it at home years ago! Their only solution was to assure me it would grow out. I went to my regular salon and she was able to fix the color, thank goodness. I went ahead and let her trim it too while I was there and regret that as well. She ignored my layers and did her own thing. I used to go to one in Dallas and had no problems. I wish they would close or get people who know what they're doing.

Been getting my hair cut there for some time. Have had three different stylists cut my hair and each one has done a fantastic job. The staff is always friendly.

I have taken both of my boys here for a couple of years and they do a great job with them, especially on my older son who has a massive head of unruly curls. Both kids are under the age of 10 and the staff is very patient with them.

i have been a customer since it opened. three years now. the same stylist has done my hair the entire time. it is unfortunate that someones had a bad experience because i feel confident that when my stylist is out of town i could go to anyone else and still recieve great service. one thing i like most well two things. they all get along well with each other and the customers and that i always see familiar faces. they seem to keep their staff happy. they all seem to keep up with the current styles. keep up the fantastic job

dont go there, nobody knows what they are doing, they treat customers badly and ruin your hair! by far the worst hair salon i have ever been to!they fried my hair so bad with a mix of so many differant chemicals and under the dryer for over 2 hours, my hair was falling out in hand fulls from the root! and i paid them $150 to trim and highligh, and they "trimmed" over 8" of beautiful hair, and ruined the rest of what i have!

I went in with all one length hair (shoulder length). I wanted a trim and bangs. I came out looking like like a peacock. She chopped my hair so short in the front and pushed it all forward!! Perhaps some of the other stylists may know what they are doing but "Irma" certainly did NOT!!! I couldnt believe it. What a nightmare. It has taken five months to grow out properly!!!
