I underwent a sleep evaluation and later a titration at SA. I was pleased to have an appointment w/the sleep specialist prior to undergoing the sleep evaluation and even more pleased to be able to go over and discuss my results of both before receiving my order for equipment. I appreciated that I was given the opportunity to have some say in what equipment was ordered for me so that I received a fully data capable CPAP instead of a compliance data only CPAP the DME would have preferred to supply. I've been just as happy w/the support SA has provided as I acclimated and adjusted to sleeping w/a CPAP and mask. SA's sleep lab manager is especially good to work with and all the staff I've met have been a pleasure to meet.
