Located in Saginaw, Mich., Saginaw Charter Township's Department Of Public Services provides services to the residents of the community through the use of management techniques, fiscal practices, technology and public participation. It maintains a potable water distribution system composed of approximately 248 miles of water main, 2700 water main valves, 2524 fire hydrants and a 750,000 gallon elevated storage facility. The department also operates motor vehicle and equipment pool for the maintenance/repair of police and fire vehicles with operational control equipment.
