Jessie Rouse Elementary is an educational institution that provides a variety of learning opportunities to students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. It offers academic classes in reading, art, music and physical education. The school provides special education to gifted and talented students. Jessie Rouse Elementary also offers speech therapy and food services. It administers the Help One Student To Succeed (HOSTS) program, which provides a range of volunteer mentoring and learning and reading assistance services. Located in Saginaw, Mich., the school is a part of Saginaw Public Schools, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools and educational centers.
