Horrible! I have NEVER been so upset with a haircut EVER! Specifically i was very specific that i wanted a trim of 1/4inch and the OWNER while on the phone chopped Three Inches off one side of my hair.. Three inches! I had asked her to TRIM no more than 1/4in all over, even wrote on the sign-in sheet a "trim" not a cut! She tried to say that she was just "faceframing".. since when does faceframing mean cutting three inches , guess when your on the phone. I know that people make mistakes and theone side of my hair will grow the three inches back in about 6MONTHS but the stylist/owner did not even apologize nor care!
