I had Gohm come out for a water problem in my basement. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. The staff was so professional and kept me informed on every step of the process. I was referred to them by another person that used them and I would definately use them again and refer them to anyone.

They did a pretty good job overall. They found a broken floor joist and asked if I wanted it fixed. I told them to go ahead, thinking they would just reinforce it. Insted they jacked up my floor and put a big hump in my floor. The house is 50 years old. I didn't know they were going to jack it up. I would not have agreed to that. They created a problem that didn't exist before by doing that. I called and they came back in a couple months and looked at it and told me to wait and let it settle. I waited too long I guess, maybe a year, it was still the same big hump. The same person that came back the first time and told me to wait, told me it was past the guarantee period, so they would have to charge me to fix it. I got someone else to fix it, so the $80 dollar job ended up and costed me $800+ the original $80 they charged me to create the problem. I was reffered to them by the Insurance Company. For this reason I could never recommend them to anybody.
