      I was very satisfied with Genuine Carpet Cleaners. Jason, who is the owner, responded to my request in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable over the phone, and offered a couple of different cleaning options, so I could decide what was best for our carpet and our budget. All the pet stains were removed and the carpet is like new with no odors.

      I had a horrible traffic lane in my family room and genuine carpet removed it . I am impressed, He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job I would highly recommed him to anyone. I also had servre odor in a spare room due to prior owners. genuine carpet explain to me throughly about what he was going to do to remove the odor. I was quite shock, that a room I have not used since moving in is now my office,
