MyDumpExpress is hands down THE WORST dumpster company on Cape Cod and the South Shore...Kevin & Dana do not know how to run a competent business; please save yourself a headache and DO NOT contact this company for ANY of your needs... From their minuscule inventory of only a few small-sized dumpsters... to their extremely overpriced rates and fees... to their dysfunctional and outdated office and systems... MyDumpExpress is flat-out AWFUL... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR DUMPSTER NEEDS!

All I can say is WOW! I am a contractor from the Worcester who had to do a job in South Eastern Ma. recently .. so I should know a difference in a disposal company when I see one as I rent a lot of dumpsters for my jobs. Anyway, I gave Dump Express a call after checking out their website (Which I must say was very easy to use with most any question I had answered.). The phone was answered on the third ring by a HUMAN BEING! Yay for that!!! After chatting with them for a few minutes, my service was scheduled and believe it or not, on site within 2 hours placed in the manner I described. (I needed the dumpster in an odd place which saved me a ton of effort to load it.) Sevice was excellent. Pricing was even better! The lowest I ever paid for a 10 yard dumpster. I wish these guys served the Worcester area, if so, I would use them all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Dump Express. I have their tel. # saved in my cell ... just in case I am doing a job in their service area again.
