seems to be family oriented company. Very nice and responsive. i received free advice on several occasions. i enjoy doing business and they are very reasonably priced. i am putting propane in replacement of some electric appliances we have now.. this company seems to be more interested about safety and keeping long term relationships with customers. i read somewhere that they have been doing propane stuff for 75 years. That was a seller for me... J.A.S
