When it comes to a new project, Multi-Family housing for instance, we will try and get involved as early in the game as possible in order to facilitate the developers creative team with ideas and very important budgeting estimates as soon as possible. Many is the time when signage is left until the last thing and, since no actual designs were priced out ahead of time, the customer is surprised at how much a sign package may cost.
