I recently called to see if this company would be able to install my swing set. The gentlemen I spoke with was nothing short rude and disrespectful. He told me if I had ordered my swing set through him he MAY have considered the job. But because I was trying to "save a few bucks" he had no interest in helping me. He continued to tell me that by trying to save money he was sure that my swing set would wind up damaged on my front step with missing pieces and "there's no way I'm driving to Westport with MY crew when I know the pieces won't be there". I would NEVER recommend this company. And it's too bad because I have a few friends who have also recently ordered play scales and need the number of a good installer.

My wife and I dealt with Rowland at the Rt 23 store and the experience was top shelf. Rowland offered great insight and answered all our questions. We ordered from them a week later. We had one concern after the install that had to with the manufacturer, and it was quickly addressed. John is also a great installer.

I have recently purchased a swing set here and the customer service was great until I contacted them to let them know that my swing set was missing some of the things I ordered. They gave me a run around for two weeks, telling me when they are in the area they will fix it and to call them again to put it back in their ear. We were very upset. We paid over 3000 dollars for a swingset. They also told me that for now I still have a nice set. As nice as it still was it was not what I ordered. When they finally did come the owner was so rude to me, added on the missing pieces and then left without making sure I was satisfied with everything. I felt as though once they got the full balance upon installation, they didn't didn't care that what they gave us was missing 2 pieces and they didn't treat us as a priority. We had already waited almost 5 weeks for the set to come and then another 2 weeks for him to come back after their mistake. As for the quality of the product it was good.
