The service was mediocre at best. Day 1 was ok when we met with the owner. She did make several excuses as to why we couldn't do a Monday funeral. Convince us to do it on Tuesday and still did not provide the coffin we ordered. We didn't find this out until we arrived for the viewing. When we asked about it LaDonna the owner was flippant, negative and down right rude. She reminded us that we didn't pay for the name engraving so we shouldn't complain. Needless to say the engraving is a comped service anyway. During the service there was not an attendant to assist the mourners. Family had to ask for tissue and even move the flowers and casket spray for the viewing. They did not track the service completion so we waited with silence at the end of the service. We finally called for them overhead. Please do not use this business you will be sorry
