      Every time I walk in I am greeted by smiles and not just great service with my box and shipping, but being able to know the employees and Jed on a personal level has made this UPS store stand out not only among mailing service businesses, but any customer service I have ever experienced, wish everyone could learn to be like Jed and his crew.

      Jed and His staff are fantastic.From the moment you walk into the store and are greeted by a friendly face - they simply can't do enough for you.I actually look forward to going there to ship my packages.Bruce - Sacramento
