In 1962 a new steel construction division was formed and named Spanda Industrial Development Incorporated. The new division provided a full range of architectural and structural design/build capabilities *In 1969 Spanda Industrial Development became an authorized builder for Varco-Pruden Prefabricated Building Systems. This still strong alliance, allows Spanda Industrial Development the unique capability of designing and building the highest quality and most efficient buildings on the market *Today, still a family owned and operated business, the company serves California, Nevada and Arizona as a General Contractor in Systems Construction. Spanda performs all structural trade work with it's own employees and continues to utilize the latest State-of-the-art equipment and materials while maintaining tight quality control *With a proven track record of experience and performance, your ideas will become a reality in a facility custom designed and built to meet your specific needs
