These people are Incompetent. I dropped the off a color samples for 3 different paint colors I needed. I was reassured that when I returned they will have made my 3 gallons of paint. When I returned not only have they not made the paint they didn't have my color samples and didn't know what happened to them , I have no way to replacing them. I used to use Sherwin Williams I will not be using them anymore I would suggest if you have an important color that you need matched don't use them. Bad service Stay away.
