His experiences includes, but are not limited to, business valuation, income analysis, complex tracings of separate and community property, real property Moore/Marsden apportionments, business apportionments related to Pereira/Van Camp issues, stock option allocations, and assisting in the settlement of cases. He has also represented clients in various tax matters and has provided tax planning, tax analysis and tax preparation services.
