Raley s Distribution Center in Sacramento, Calif., is a warehouse operation for Raley's, a privately-owned supermarket chain with headquarters in West Sacramento, Calif. The company is comprised of four chains - Raley's, Bel Air Markets, Nob Hill Foods and Food Source - located in Northern California, Nevada and New Mexico. Raley's has 138 stores in Northern California, Nevada and New Mexico: 86 Raley's Superstores; 21 Bel Air Markets; 24 Nob Hill Foods supermarkets; and seven Food Source warehouse-format stores. Raley's is the eighth-largest private company in California, according to the November 2005 issue of Forbes magazine, with annual revenue of more than $3 billion. With about 15,500 employees, Raley's is the largest family-owned company in the greater Sacramento region.
