My experience at Promenade Dental Group was horrifying. I took a chance at them because they are conveniently located near my job. Right away, I noticed the staff was very disorganized. They surprised me by letting me know I needed extensive dental work. I had no pain or sensitivity and had been to my check-up/cleaning with my regular dentist just six months before. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to begin the work. On the first tooth they began to work on, they glued the inlay on incorrectly. They had to pry, chisel and drill it off. For some reason the novocaine wasn't working well. I was in excruciating pain. My arms and legs were shaking from the pain and tears were running down my face. I drove home in tears. I then went to my "regular" dentist to get the rest of the work done. He was baffled because he did not see ANY work that needed to be done. It made me think Promenade had been looking at the wrong X-Rays! I would not recommend Promenade.
