Delicious French bistro! Intimate dining setting, but casual and relaxed. Love all the ways to order mussels.

Plan b is the best french restaurant I know in sacramento, the food there is amazing and the anbiance is more then friendly. Even crowded like last time I went, the noise level is moderate, it feel's like a little cocoon were you can stay and enjoy Incredible french food!! Heaven on earth.
