My entire career has been dedicated to protecting the rights of my clients in both federal and state courts. I have handled all types of cases – from manslaughter, se.x offenses, three strikes, federal drug trafficking and gang cases, to robbery, burglary, fraud, and juvenile cases. Whatever crime you are facing, I have defended someone for that crime. Over the course of my career, the pressing need for zealous immigration advocacy has become clear, which is why we now offer immigration services as well. I give my clients my honest opinion and will do my best to defend them. Defense advocacy is a calling — it's not for everyone, and not everyone that defends the accused should be doing it. I can state with absolute pride that I have never worked as a prosecutor. Unlike so many defense practitioners touting their success rates at trial and telling prospective clients what they want to hear just to get their money, rest assured that all my successes in trial, and throughout my career, have been the result of zealously DEFENDING clients.
