was told my 2009 Acura TL required full synthetic at $79.99 rather than the regular oil I use at $39.99. I told them the owner's manual says 5w-20. The man at the counter said the oil cap says 0w-20. So they do the work. During the inspection, I see the oil cap says 5w-20. I ask what's up with that. A tech comes out and says the cap is wrong and that it was probably replaced at some point. I told him I looked at the owner's manual says 5w-20. His response was "well that's the owner's manual". I said whatever and left since they obviously didn't care they made up the full sythetic story. So I was charged double for oil that was absolutely not needed. I have gone to this location for the past 5+ years but I will not return to this location in the future at any point. I have noticed that the staff is different from a year ago and everything has gone down hill somewhat. I think what they pulled today was really silly.
