Also to answer I would rate you at a 9. Communication was great and you took away any stress we had dealing with the tenants on this tough property. I would recommend you to other owners, infact that's why I'm using you for my next home.

The property was left in less than perfect shape and Mike was able to find people at reasonable rates to get it cleaned up, fixed up and rented with what appears to be good tenants. I think it took about a month to fill.

I rate Jake a 5 because if I have any questions or problems about my house, he always help me out.

Paul fixed the fence and ceiling fan in my son's room. He was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciate their prompt call and efficiency as well.
