Hilbers Construction is a licensed contractor with a national presence. It has completed commercial and institutional construction projects throughout the United States. It is divided into five commercial divisions and two institutional divisions. Commercial divisions include restaurants, dental and medical offices, convenience stores, car washes and health clubs. Hilbers Construction has completed more than 260 restaurants since 1961 and is one of the market leaders in the design-build, construction and construction management of restaurants. Its institutional division handles public works, government and church projects. Hilbers Construction was formed in 1962, and primarily built custom homes. In 1983, L&K Construction formed and expanded into restaurant and commercial construction. In 1988, L&K incorporated and became what is known as Hilbers.
