Founded in 1992, Griselda's Ventures Inc. is a full-service catering company. Based in Sacramento, Calif., it operates through four divisions that include Griselda's Catering, Griselda's Weddings, Griselda's Direct and Griselda's Food on the Fly. The firm caters to wedding receptions, graduations, holiday parties, corporate functions and more. Griselda's Weddings division specializes in wedding consultation, menu planning, rental equipment, banquet facilities and everything related to weddings. Griselda's Ventures Inc. has been serving the greater Sacramento area and all of their catering needs.
