Seeing the growing trend in litigation technology, Kurt began working closely with legal professionals and learned very early on that customer service combined with the latest in technology created a winning combination. He is the area's only Certified Court Reporter who is also a Legal Videographer and has become an expert in the aspects of Video Conferencing and Web Streaming. His extraordinary business instincts are matched with his ability to motivate and inspire the people around him. He is also available for motivational speaking and time-saving lectures. In 2004 the company changed again when Karen Mangels was brought in to handle the client and case management aspects of the company. Karen's background in project management and as an accounts manager for a Fortune 500 Company was the perfect fit Golden State.
