Executive Flyers Executive Flyers, Inc. is a Cessna Pilot Center providing a wide variety of services to the general aviation community. We also are a CATS testing center and a pilot shop providing everything from charts to headsets. Executive Flyers is located in the main Terminal building at the Sacramento Executive Airport in Sacramento, CA. Our services include: Flight Training, Aircraft Rental, a full-service pilot shop, a CATS Testing Center and much more!
