I enjoy this complex because I can feel comfortable the minute I drive in the gate. Being a college student I needed somewhere to live that was reasonably priced yet very comfortable for me. I have a dog and I couldn't have asked for a better environment to raise her in. I am extremely impressed with these apartments. Two thumbs up:)

I must admit that I appreciated the decrease in rent incentives offered but I definitely felt harassed to renew with their phone calls three months before it was time. The remodeled pool and upgrades were nice but after turning down their over-priced newly remodeled units, they put me out. Amazing!! I was given a choice of moving into a new unit for $150 more or going month-2-month for the same amount (the lease expired 4 months ago, by the way). I chose to stay and then last Friday night, after 9pm, I came home to an "Intent Not To Renew" notice on my door and two months to vacate. I'm tired of paying for this high un-metered water bill anyway... GOOD RIDDANCE!!

This place is awful ! Crime is high in this neighborhood. The Office staff are rude ! There is no privacy- they always want to come in and out of your apartment as they please. The rent is high, especially if you have a pet. They charge deposit of $600 for one pet on top of rent each month for the animal(cats or dogs) of $25... which adds up quickly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !
