Customized training programs in negotiation, mediation and arbitration are also available or you may attend our annual conflict resolution workshop at California State University, Sacramento.

Daniel Yamshon is on the National Commerical and Construction Panels of the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and mediator. He is also on panels of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the National Futures Association and others. Daniel Yamshon is the International and National Sub-committee Chair of the California State Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and sits on the American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section's Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors of California.
