I considered shops in the central area of Sacramento. College was the only shop who actually interesting in seeing us and wanting our business. They didn't try and sell us more bike than we needed and their service/warrantly was exceptional. This shop uses the old standard of customer assistance, not snobbery as most shops now observe. In fact, one other store in Downtown Sacramento never even greeted us, let alone spoke to us in our 2 visits. College Cyclery is a must stop if you are in the market for an excellent bike, outstanding service, and great pricing. Their custom work is a must see as well! 10 out of 10 for these owners who continue their Grandgathers shop - the oldest shop in Sacramento.
