General Info

Structural Integration is a revolutionary process of connective tissue manipulation and movement education developed by Dr. Ida P. Rolf. It has the potential to align the skeletal structure, thereby increasing movement potential, eliminating chronic pain, increasing energy and improving movement effeciency. This process usually takes place over a series of sessions that organize the myofascial tone layer by layer. Each session takes about seventy-five minutes.
