I ordered a part for my Catalina boat. I was given an order number showing the advertised price of 97.78. I wrote to them in 3 occassions and they told me that the part would be shipped soon. After almost three months i was informed that the price had gone up to almost 200.00. I guess they do not honour what they advertise which is against the law. Non existing interaction with customers.

This place is unbelievable.. I own a Catalina.. I love the brand and this company is run by a lunatic.I Ordered a custom made Fuel Tank and one week later I called to cancel the order if I could, not thinking I would be able to , being a customer order. The very polite woman on the phone said no problem, I asked for a conformation email, to which she replied "We are too small of a company to do that, we will just refund your deposit on your card" Great.. then a week later I get a call from the OWNER.. Yeah the owner, asking me about shipping. I told him I was under the believe that the order had been canceled.This OWNER then proceeded to call me a liar, accuse me of all kinds of things, his tone was unbelievable for a customer who was willing to buy $600 worth of product from him. He then "Flagged" and told me he would never sell to me ever again.Not that I would ever be willing to support this company for even One Cent. My Experience with them was disgusting! NEVER NEVER Again
