My Sister-Inlaw recommended this store to us since she had furnished their bedroom and living room with furniture from this store. Not only did they help us find a great dining room set that wasn't like anything anyone else had it cost much less than we had expected to pay for this quality. Glad we paid for delivery and setup because our floor wasn't level. Overall we are very satisfied with everything.
I usually do not fill these types of things out but I am so disappointed with the level of service I have received from Casa Bella I felt it necessary to warn anyone that is considering making a purchase with this company. I purchased over $4000 worth of furniture from them in November 2006 and it is now March 1, 2007 and I am still waiting for what I have already bought and paid for. I have to call every two weeks to find out the status of my delivery and to make sure I haven't been forgotten about. As of today, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes I can get my money back. They have taken what was suppose to be a fun exciting experience and turned it into a nightmare. **** Don't let this happen to you! Do not buy from this company.
