not very helpful. bad customer service. and they do not know how to talk to customers. Need training on how to deal with customers.

American Window Works did an excellent job on our window order and installation in our new home last year. They worked well with our builder making sure all of the details were ironed out, and their pricing was competetive as well. We will be calling on them in the future for our window and door needs.

The folks at Window Works were able to meet all of our wood window and door needs. They were patient, and worked with us from beginning to end.
