They were near my house, and I was in a hurry. I had to move out of state suddenly. Big mistake choosing them! I have called FOUR TIMES to try to pay for my unit. I keep getting notices that my unit is past due and they are going to sell my stuff unless I pay. Their voice mail is messed up; it sounds like someone recorded a voice mail over the fax line. Just now when I tried to call and pay yet again, I was informed that they are not accepting calls from my phone number. Are you kidding me?? I'm livid. I am looking for anyone to move my things to a new unit ASAP.

Horrible customer service. I vacated my unit 4 weeks ago and have received the runaround for getting my security deposit refunded. Their representative has more excuses as to why there has been a delay in refunding the deposit. Cannot/willnot provide the name or phone number for me to contact their "bookkeeper" told me to research it and hung up on me. Complaint has been filed with the Maine Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau.

Great prices, friendly and funny staff, clean units and easy to work with. They also sell boxes, tape, locks and plastic covers - so it's pretty much a one stop shop. I had forgot about those things and the lady that worked there helped me decide what I needed. I also liked the 24 hour access and the pass-coded gate. I will rent from them again if I need too. I highly recommend them.
