WE hear you, that is why we decided to discontinue our child care business! most of the families were awesome, they loved that we were so dedicated to them, but it was those few families that made it not worth the long hours, all the hard worth, You know that if you owned a center, then you know you are not there for the money! You just want families that you serve to know that you love and care for their children as if they were your own. It is sad when some parents lie and try to discredit the providers who WORK SO HARD to try and make a difference in their child's day! All I can say is... if parents plan on complaining when they know it is not true, and ruin the honest, caring, loving providers reputation, STAY HOME and leave the awesome providers alone!!!!!!

Always someone who has to complain! Daycares never do enough, do not add more excitement than other programs, etc, on and on and on..... it appears to me that not any preschool can do enough!!!!!! I suggest that parents that complain everywhere they go, should stay at home and do what they think no one else can do!...

Little Footsteps was great. I was confident my child was safe, happy and learning when he was there. I especially loved that they offered quality field trips as well. Not many preschool/daycare facilities provide this. It gave my son an opportunity to move, learn and experience in more ways than just in the classroom.

Great child care and learning center! Caring staff and great communication. My daughter is doing exceptionally well and I couldn't be happier with her here. Also, very affordable. I would recommend this child care center to everyone.

We love Little Footsteps our children are treated like family. The staff is friendly and do a great job commjnicatiing how our children's day went. They put our children's well being their number 1 priority. I would regimens this facility to everyone.
