Used Gary 's moving service last fall and was very pleased with service. Not only were the two movers careful with my belongings, they were very personably. I don't see me moving again for a long time, but would use Gary's again highly recommend them.VJL

This company is a total disaster!! They showed up with a few boxes and no packing material, so I had to go to our local packing store to pick these items up. About 1/2 of the way through the move, one of them said he had to get back to Saco... so I called a neighbor to come help them move more quickly. They broke one of the legs on my Captains Desk, and scratched a lot of our furniture... too many things to mention here. They gave me 2 days to get a list of the damages to them... claimed they didn't get the email, so I brought it up to them. They've used every excuse in the book and the "men" who moved us have lied about so many things. (ie: damage was done by another company, etc) It's been over a month now... haven't heard a thing from them in almost 3 weeks. If you value your furniture, DON'T get these people to move you!! I've moved in the past and NEVER had a claim for damages by any moving company.

They were an hour late. After I declined an hour delay (presumably because of snow), they called 15 minutes after scheduled arrival to say they would be 10 minutes more. They showed an hour late. They took 4 hours to load and unload (not counting an hour on a couch (long story)). The same amount of furniture (1 bdrm apt) has been loaded/unloaded an hour on each side. This was twice what I've had in the past!
