Wood Structures supplies floor and roof trusses; and engineered wood, metal and combination products to a network of lumber dealers throughout the Northeast United States. Its trusses and other engineered products have been used in thousands of residential and commercial buildings throughout the region. The company was founded in 1966 and has headquarters in Biddeford, Maine. Its primary manufacturing plant in located in Saco, Maine. Wood Structures is a division of WSI Group, which also includes Bama Truss. The WSI companies are owned by Roark Capital Group located in Atlanta.
