Bob, I just wanted to thank you for your prompt and superior service today. The "technician" that began the project of fixing my garage doors completely botched it. Moreover, in the expectation of integrity I paid the man in full before the project began. The bottom line is that over the course of two months, which should have been a day and a half job, he hadn't completed the work. Not only that but lied to me on 7 occasions about when he intended to complete the work...never showed, never calling. I asked around and found out that he scammed numerous homeowners in our area. He removed parts and kept them without returning them. Thankfully, I brought you in to complete the work. Your technician came over promptly...within a few hours of contacting you...replaced the lost parts, rebuilt the mechanism, reset the remote, and instructed me on the operation. He was polite, courteous, and competent. He was finished in less than 90 minutes, and did it at a more than fair price.THANK YOU FOR CURING MY HEADACHE!
