Quality is their first priority, so they use only high quality ingredients like unbleached flour, bourbon vanilla, premium chocolate, and fresh dairy and eggs. Whenever possible they buy organic and local from Vermont suppliers. No mixes, no premade frosting, no shortening, and no preservatives!_
