Long story short -- reserved two rooms on Wednesday FEbruary 11th for Saturday Feb 14th -- Arrived on the 14th around 1pm -- rooms not ready -- went back at 4:00 checked in paid for rooms -- received keys -- checked rooms out they were clean and adequate for the price -- returned around 11pm -- got my elderly handicapped mother settled in her room -- went to mine to find that a family had checked into the room -- went to office -- no one there -- had to bang on window -- manager realized her mistake -- wasn't sure what to do -- I was tired, cold and exhausted -- for various reasons could not stay with my mother -- returned to my neice who I was visiting -- had to stay on her couch -- had an asthma incident because of her dog -- returned in the morning around 10 -- found manager still in bed -- asked that she be woken up -- after 10 min she arrived -- in pjs' -- discussed at lenght the situation and refund -- recieved full refund after much discussion and the manager's parting words t
