      Jess T. Schwidde, a founding partner of the firm Glinka & Schwidde, manages the firm's Rutland, Vermont Office. His affiliations include American Bankruptcy Institute and Vermont Bar Association. Mr. Schwidde served as Chief Confidential Law Clerk for former Bankruptcy Judge Francis G. Conrad, District of Vermont, from January 1987 to August 1991.
