They don't keep up the property, don't make repairs, keep raising rent & decreasing things that were on the original contract before they took over management. Don't screen applicants for apartments like they used to & let very bad people move in &they have driven out nearly all of the old original tenants that haven't passed away. They have let the place grow up & it used to look like a beautiful garden setting with lush green lawns & beautiful shrubs & flowers & flowering trees & now we don't have any grass, it's all weeds & dirt & most of our flowering trees have died & they quit trimming the shrubs and we senior citizens and handicapped have been forced to try and do it ourselves & they have grown up over the eaves of the units & the gutters are stopped up & the places needs painting. I have been here a long time & it breaks my heart to see my home come to this. Sometimes late at night I sit outside with my puppy and cry and ask God to please let the other people buy it back.
