My cat had an emergency facial injury appointment but when we got to the clinic and into an exam room, the doctor didn't stop chatting with visitors, talking on the phone or visiting with his staff for over an hour. The cat required surgery; BUT after this unprofessional treatment by the veterinarian (Dr. Oates), I vowed to never use his services again! If you love your pets and want them treated with tender, loving care, please stay away from this veterinarian.
