Yesterday my husband, Cal and I were driving from western New York to our winter home in Lehigh Acres when our Explorer quit on I-75. We got off I-75 and called AAA not knowing who would rescue us. Within 20 minutes Robert arrived and was most courteous and accommodating. We were on the road for 3 days and only 116 miles from our destination when we lost the electrical system on our Explorer. Robert did everything he could to make our situation better. This man is truly dedicated to his job and we can't thank him enough.
