After the gentleman that worked there passed away , place went downhill fast . Took a 3rd pistol there for a barrel install . Took them a month to tell me I had a bad slide. Got a replacement slide and took it back. Month goes by so I call . "It's not ready but it is next in line. Another month goes by , so I call . Still hasn't been touched . Call again after 3 months , and am told that other projects are in front of it. I picked it up the next day unfinished. Took it somewhere else , done in three weeks. The other 2 barrels Guncraft installed took 2 weeks . I will never go there again. I would give no stars but it wouldn't let me . Thumbs down all the way.

Very hard place to find. Employees not friendly at all. Had a small problem with my gun, and employee advised me it was NOT their problem. Thought that was very rude.
