Rusk Intermediate School is an educational institution that offers a variety of academic sessions to students. The institution enrolls children in grades four and five ande mploys a staff of more than 25 teachers, including nurses, counselors and reading specialists. Rusk Intermediate School conducts classes in English, math, science and social studies. The institution also offers learning sessions in physical education, reading and language arts. In addition, it conducts special education classes, as well as provides opportinties for learning fine arts. Rusk Intermediate School has a library that stocks books under several titles. Located in Risk, Texas, the institution additionally has a computer laboratory and conducts special classes in speech development. It is a part of the Rusk Independent School District, which operates Rusk High School and Rusk Junior High School.
