Toyota of Runnemede was the perfect place to get me my first car on my own. I had salesman Bill Curucci and he helped me so much. He showed me all of the features in the car as well as showing me how they work. He was a huge help in explaining everything in the process as well as all of the paperwork. This was my first time ever buying a car and I didn t really know what to expect. Bill Cirucci helped me find an affordable Toyota corolla, and made the experience that much better. Of course, spending that much money on anything is scary, but he walked me through everything and really had a lot of patience with all my questions. He waited patiently for me to make my decision and didn t try to rush me into anything. Overall, this was a really nice experience and I definitely will be returning to Bill for any of my future car needs, as well as referring anyone I know who is looking for a car. Bill Cirucci sold me my first car over 20 years and I recently went to Toyota of Runnemede for him to sell me my Rav 4. Customer service was outstanding, all the paperwork was completed before I arrived and Bill took his time to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I have been taking my car here since I owned it, not sure why. My car has very low miles, & everytime I take it in for an oil change or a service, they find hundreds of dollars worth of things they say it needs. Yesterday my $40 oil change, turned into a 45,000 mile service that cost $160. thats fine, but then they called & it need all sotrs of other things so they say. Cost me $400, & that didnt even include the trans work they said I needed done. I am taking it elsewhere for the trans today. Bye Toyota of Runnemede

I'd been planning to upgrade my old car since last fall, after its last state inspection. I knew I wasn't keeping it much longer and had decided not to revamp it. I pass Toyota of Runnemede every day, to and from work, but kept procrastinating as the old gal still ran like a champ (but sounded pretty bad). Well, the brakes finally gave out - just as I got to work one day. My daughter picked me up and took me to the showroom; spent some time looking over the new models and also some of the certified used models. I had a Camry in mind before I even got there, based on some past experience I had driving one several years ago. Jeffrey Mekal put me behind the wheel of a recently returned leased Camry for a test drive, and I knew I'd found my car. He made the whole procedure very easy.

This is my 4th leased car (2 Corolla's and 2 Camry's) from this dealership. I love making service appointments online. My car is always done on time and if there is an issue, they come and ask me if it's ok to proceed with the service and give me a price before in advance. I will be back in March for my next Camry when this lease is over. Camry is a comfortable car to drive and even my hubby (Lincoln owner) likes the way it handles. You can't go wrong here!

I bought a new car at Toyota of Runnemede. If you are like me, you enjoy car buying as much as a tooth extraction. However, my experience this time was different. My sales person, Bill DiBernardino, allowed me to look over the cars without any pressure and then quoted me a fair price for what I wanted without the countless trips to the sales manager and the endless counter offers. . Even though the dealership didn't have the car I wanted in stock, he was able to get exactly what I wanted. Throughout the process, I was never pressured to make a quick decision. When I actually made the purchase, I was able to get all the paperwork completed within an hour with pressure sales to buy extra services such as extended warrenties, paint sealers, window etchings, etc. All in all, a great car buying experience.

I walked into Toyota of Runnemde on 12/3/2011, and was not expecting to trade my 2008 Honda Civic LX 4dr for a new 2011 Toyota Prius-2 hybrid auto. I worked with Nancy Lynch and William DiBernardino (mostly with Nancy), and was able to "make a deal" (great trade-in amount & awesome new car price!) They gave me a "great deal", had the dealership prepare my new car to my satisfaction, and gave me a proper tour of the entire Toyota of Runnemede dealership. So far my new Prius-2 hybrid has been saving me a lot due to 55mpg avg, and has been fun to drive overall. I am next looking forward to have my car serviced by Toyota technicians at this dealership.

My wife and I leased our new Corolla from Toyota of Runnemede last Friday. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased and/or leased from Toyota of Runnemede and have always had a positive experience. Our salesman, Jeff Mekal, was a real gentleman and made it a point to get the deal done without making us feel pressured. We would certainly go back to Toyota of Runnemede and also go back to Mr. Mekal when its time for another vehicle. He took the necessary time to explain everything to us about leasing and about the car that we wound up leasing. Again, it was an overall positive experience.

I recently decided to use this dealership for my automobile service. They have improved their service at this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. They provided me shuttle service back to my residence. The service technician was honestabout what was needed, and upfront about the cost which I really appreciate. They also did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed, in fact, one repair was just labor for a piece in an assembly that came loose. I would defintely reccommend this dealership for service of your Toyota and I will be using them again should the need arise.
