It has a large variety of cheeses and wonderful ice cream too! It is a family owned business and is very personable. I have toured the plant and it is exceptionally clean. In fact they also have a viewing area for school classes etc. but you need to call ahead.
Dairy State carries nearly 100 varieties of cheese appealing to the palates of everyone. Check out the curds and gift boxes. Very economical when compared with pricier catalogs sent to homes at Holiday time. Since moving from Wisconsin, I can still be a "cheese-head" with the mail-order service during cool weather.
