Perry did a wonderful job repairing my Maytag washer. Called him in the morning and he was there in the evening to assess the issue. He had to order the part and called and completed the repair the day it arrived. The final bill was a bit less than the estimate he provided. He cleaned up after himself, it was as if he was never here - except my washer was working again!!!

My refrigerator "died" on Saturday, November 13, 2010. Died I mean it stopped making ice, stopped cooling the freezer and the refrigerator area. I came home to a big mess of defrosted food and water on the floor from the ice maker. I left him a voice mail Sunday night and he promptly called me Monday, November 15, 2010 like his voice mail said he would. He came at 11:00 AM as promised. He is friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. He identified that the issue was a "bad relay" and not the compressor. He quickly fixed it and was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great job!
